Sarema Shorr is a British filmmaker based in Los Angeles. She is a BAFTA Scholar and holds an MFA from CalArts. Through embodied research, her films are in conversation with the external world, where boundaries of meaning are continually redefined through interaction. She uses film as a tool of investigation, play, and reciprocal transformation.

Her work has been presented internationally at festivals and venues including Milwaukee Underground Film Festival, Antimatter [Media Art], Labocine, Lausanne Underground Film Festival, Rae–Nang Thailand, Whammy! Analog Media, REDCAT and the REEF LA.
